Our riser solution elevate the machining level, effectively preventing the machine spindle from interfering with the machine table during machining, making it easier for you to achieve workpieces during 5-axis machining and take into account the effect of multi-tasking.
Made of aerospace-grade aluminum, this riser is the combination of 96mm risers and quick change base plate. A 96mm Quick Chang Base Plate is mounting on the riser by 4 fitting screws, easy to repair or replace if any strikes occur accidently, embody the perfect combination of versatility and reinforced durability. The system's industry-standard 96mm pull stud spacing can accommodate fixtures, reducing unnecessary volume while maximizing workspace efficiency.
