Osranton 3-jaw Chuck Top Tooling RL96-125 is a perfect solution for clmaping round parts. Three jaws move simultaneously and automatically center the workpiece when turning the key, making it suitable for clamping round workpieces. In order to be as compatible as possible with workpieces in different diameters, the chuck is generally equipped with a set of forward jaws and a set of reverse jaws to expand the clamping range. Forward jaw clamping range from Φ2.5~Φ40mm, reverse jaw clamping range from Φ38~Φ110mm. Mounting on a adapter plate at the bottom of the chuck and installing pull studs with an industry standard spacing of 96x96mm at the bottom of the adapter plate, the three-jaw chuck can be quickly positioned on the low profile zero-point quick-change base plate, which has clamping boreholes with spacing 96x96mm. This significantly reduces the set up time and tooling replacement time, quickly and effectively improving the production efficiency of the machine tools.
