Osranton Spring Loaded Centering Sensor with Ball Φ6mm is similar to ER-008638 & ER-010562. It is designed for automatic measurement of workpieces in CNC, EDM sinking machine centers. Attaching centering plate 50 on bottom of the sensor, enables the centering sensor to be mounted in EROWA ITS chucks. The sensor comes with spring-loaded sensing pin and tungsten carbide ball, the spring-loaded mechanism is a overrun protection for the sensor. Overrun scope in X,Y 3mm. Repetition accuracy in X, Y axis: 0.005mm.
