Osranton Rapid-action Chuck Automatic is compatible with ER-007523. The chuck is designed for permanent mounting on spindle of EDM machine, changing electrode automatically. The sholder on the chuck is for flushing connection. The chuck is actuated by compressed air, air pressurer 6±1 bar is required. Air connection at rear with 2 lines. One is for chuck opening/closing, the other one is for air-blast cleaning of Z-reference and presence check in automation line. Constructed from hardened stainless steel and precision ground, ensuring robust durability, excellent parallelism as well as repeatability.
