Osranton Pneumatic Chuck MacroHP is compatible with 3R-600.86-3. The chuck is designed for permanent mounting in the machine spindle. The chuck operates with drawbar OS-213102 (3R-605.1), actuated by compressed air, air pressure 6±1 bar is required. Air connection is on side and at rear with 2 lines. One is for chuck opening/closing, the other one is for air-blasting cleaning of Z references and presence check in automation line. The chuck is overall constructed from hardened stainless steel and precision ground on top and bottom face, ensuring robust durability and perfect parallelism. Fixed index position 4x90°.
