Low Profile Quick Change Bases are designed to optimize workspace in your CNC machine, The compact design of Low Profile Quick Change Base reduce unnecessary bulk and maximize the efficiency of workspace, especially Z-axis clearance. Machining obstacles are not able to fall on top face of Low Profile Quick Change when upper tooling accommodate to the base, which means quick change base fully covered and it can prevent any instability caused by accumulation of processing obstacles while machining. Constructed with high quality steel, hardened which is strong and durable, and capable of handling variety of working conditions. Its industry-standard 52/96 mm pull stud spacing ensure a seamless fit into your machining setup. Not necessary to worry about the problem of compatible, a quick change base takes into account pull studs spacing in 96mm and 52mm, 1 base 2 adaptation design, not necessary to equip 2 bases or replace one to another one on your machine table, simple and convenient, cost saving.
