3 Pneumatic Chuck Set MacroStd 3R-600.10-30
OSRANTON 2 Pneumatic Chuck Set is a combination of 3 pcs of Pneumatic Chuck with base plate 102x102 mounting on bigger base plate. The basic chuck is compatible with 3R-600.10-30. It applies to accommodate electrode holders, tooling with 3R reference elements for the need of CNC milling. To actuate and clamp toolings on the chuck, 6 ±1 bar compressed air pressure as well we long drawbar (3R-605.1 or 3R-605.4) is required . The air connection is on side face with 2 air lines. One line is for 2 chucks opening/closing, the other one is air-blasting of Z-reference for 2 chucks cleaning and presence chuck in automation line. Operated with air gun and air control unit, the chuck opened/closed at the same time. Fixed index position 4x90°, repeatability accuracy ±0.002mm is standard. Bigger Base plate is able to be customized according to requirements of client and specification ofmachine table, such as pitch of each chuck and spacing of counterbore for fitting screws.
