OSRANTON 5 axis riser economical version offers an option for customers having quick change demand but not willing spend a big amount of expense. It applies to CNC milling in 5 axis machine or in 4 axis rotary table. The round base is friendly to be mounted on both of these machine table without interference. 4 clamping holes on top of the riser with industrial standard spacing of 52x52m allow any fixtures or workpieces equipping Φ16mm pull studs at same distance to be positioned on it with seconds. 2 kinds of through holes for fitting screws equally spaced on the base enable offers 2 options for mounting it on machine table. One Φ16mm through holes coming with H7 tolerance can be worked as dowel pin hole. It is convenient for it to be positioned on an adapter plate or machine table again if it was moved.

Clamping holes on top of base plate with industrial standard spacing of 96x96mm enables any kind of top toolings or workpieces equipping Φ20mm pull studs with same spacing to be accommodated to it. The clamping tongues in base plate are all manufactured according to clamping studs profile, leading them perfectly fit to each other which enhance stability when tools are being clamped. The holes on base plate for fitting screws come with H7 tolerance which allow them to work as dowel pin holes, offering an easy way to mount it on machine table again even if once it was moved.
OSRANTON Quick Change Base Plate is designed for customers who are sensitive about cost. It is constructed from a new stainless steel with heat treatment, leading hardness can be up to 50~52HRC. Clamping holes with spacing of industrial standard 52x52mm on top of base plate enable top tooling or workpiece with clamping studs 52x52mm on bottom to accommodate on it. The base plate for fitting screws come with spacing 96x96mm, it is not only enable it to be secured on an adpater for machine table mounting, but also able to be an adapter for converibility from 96x96 to 52x52mm when 4 clamping studs mounted on bottom at spacing of 96x96mm.
OSRANTON Profile clamping centering vise is featuring basic jaws with feather keys on top, allowing the machinable soft jaws to be mounted on each basic jaw respectively. Soft jaws are able to be made of aluminum or stainless steel in-house and to be profiled base on profile of pre-machined part. Thanks to the vise lenght of 210mm, the maximum clamping range can be up to 200mm. 4 fitting holes for clamping studs on bottom of the vise with spacing of 52x52mm makes the vise able to work with zero point base plate coming with the same grip system.
OSRANTON profile clamping self centering vise is designed for clamping irregular parts or pre-machined workpieces. The most special feature is the windened hard jaws coming with feather keys on top. These these feather keys enable machinable soft jaw which is made of aluminum or stainless steel to be positioned on every single jaw with 4-M8 bolts from bottom. After fitting soft jaws on the vise, they are able to be milled according to the out profile of the parts, effectively preventing parts from being injured when it is being clamped. In order to help with setting up vise in machine tools rapidly, the vise is capable of mounting on zero point base plate whose grip system of 52x52mm.
